These terms keep Pool Prospect practical, clear, and commercially responsible. They are written for a beta product and may be updated as the platform matures.
Uploaded Images
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload and use property images in Pool Prospect. Do not upload images you are not authorised to use for concept generation, marketing review, or postcard export.
Illustrative Concepts
Pool concepts are AI-assisted visualizations for marketing and inspiration only. They are not construction plans, quotations, site assessments, engineering advice, or guarantees that a pool can be installed.
Feasibility
Final pool design and installation are subject to owner approval, site inspection, council requirements, engineering, access, budget, ground conditions, and all applicable regulations.
Public Previews and Exports
When you export a postcard, Pool Prospect may publish a public preview snapshot for the QR code. Only export materials once you are comfortable with the images, copy, business details, and public preview destination.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Pool Prospect for misleading claims, unlawful marketing, unauthorised image use, privacy-invasive activity, spam, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, postcard copy, uploaded assets, and any approvals given inside the product.
Limitation of Liability
Pool Prospect is provided as a creative and marketing workflow tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions, costs, or claims arising from reliance on illustrative concepts as final plans.
