Information We Collect
Pool Prospect stores project details such as property address, suburb, uploaded images, approved concept renders, postcard copy, business profile details, and public QR preview snapshots.
Uploaded Images
Uploaded images are used to create and present pool visualization concepts, postcard previews, exports, and QR preview pages. Only upload images you have permission to use.
Business and Contact Details
Business profile information such as company name, logo, phone, email, website, brand colours, CTA wording, and disclaimers may appear on postcards and public preview pages.
QR and Public Preview Pages
Exporting a postcard can publish a public preview snapshot for the QR code. This snapshot may include the approved render, original image, property address, marketing copy, CTA, and business details.
Lead Capture
If a public preview includes a contact or style request form, submitted lead details are used so the relevant pool company can follow up.
Analytics and Cookies
The beta may use basic browser storage for drafts, preferences, and workflow state. We may add lightweight analytics later to understand reliability and product usage.
Retention
Project data and exported preview snapshots are retained while needed to provide the product and can be removed as operational tooling matures.
